Yield: ~5 cups
Method
- Brown
meatsand drain, set aside. - Cook
onionsin same pan, then addall vegetables except spinach. - When softened, add
spinach,garlic, andspices. - Add
salt and pepper, cook 5 mins. - Add
tomatoesand simmer3 hours.
