Method
- Brown
meats
and drain, set aside. - Cook
onions
in same pan, then addall vegetables except spinach
. - When softened, add
spinach
,garlic
, andspices
. - Add
salt and pepper
, cook 5 mins. - Add
tomatoes
and simmer3 hours
.
