Creamy Chicken Pasta

Method
- Boil
pasta of choiceuntil al dente. Reserve1 cup pasta water. - Meanwhile, saute
onions, bell peppers, and garlic. - Add
tomatoes,chicken, andheavy cream. Simmer until thickened. - Add
drained pasta, season withsalt and pepper. - Add
pasta waterto thicken further if needed.
Notes
- Add spinach for more color.
