Creamy Chicken Pasta

Yield: ~6 servings

Method

  1. Boil pasta of choice until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, saute onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, chicken, and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Add drained pasta, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add pasta water to thicken further if needed.

Notes

  • Add spinach for more color.
