Creamy Chicken Pasta

Method
- Boil
pasta of choice
until al dente. Reserve1 cup pasta water
. - Meanwhile, saute
onions, bell peppers, and garlic
. - Add
tomatoes
,chicken
, andheavy cream
. Simmer until thickened. - Add
drained pasta
, season withsalt and pepper
. - Add
pasta water
to thicken further if needed.

- Add spinach for more color.
