Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients

Method
- Combine
apple cider vinegar,sugar, andsaltin saucepan. - Cover and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and pour into heat proof bowl along with
red onions. - Stir and let sit at least
60 mins. Then drain.
Notes
- Top tacos with this to add a sweet and spicy bite.
