Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients

Yield: ~1.5 cups

Method

  1. Combine apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt in saucepan.
  2. Cover and bring to a simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into heat proof bowl along with red onions.
  4. Stir and let sit at least 60 mins. Then drain.

Notes

  • Top tacos with this to add a sweet and spicy bite.
