Lemon Loaf
Ingredients

| Baking powder | 2 tsp |
| Salt | 0.5 tsp |

Method
- Preheat oven to
350Fandgreasea 9x13 inch loaf pan. - Beat
eggsandsugar, then addyogurtandoil. - Whisk in
lemon juiceandzest. - Separately, combine
flour,baking powder, andsalt. - Add
drytowetingredients, barely combining. - Pour batter into loaf pan, smooth, and bake
50 minsor until fully cooked. - Cover loaf with foil during final
10 mins. - Let cool
1 hourin pan, then remove.

- Pairs well with a lemon icing.
- Whisk together 2 cups
powdered sugarand 4 tbsplemon juice. - Add more
lemon juiceuntil as thick or thing as desired. - Pour over cooled loaf.
