Method
- Combine
cumin, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, turmeric, garam masala, curry powder
and set aside. - Melt
butter
, then addonions
. Cook until softened. - Add
garlic
. Cook until fragrant. - Add
spice mix
. Cook until fragrant. - Add
tomato sauce
. Simmer for10 mins
. - Add
heavy cream, paprika, and sugar
. - Add
cubed chicken
. Stir and bring to a simmer. - Simmer until chicken is cooked, about
40 mins
. - Adjust salt and sugar levels as needed.
