Method
- Combine
cumin, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, turmeric, garam masala, curry powderand set aside. - Melt
butter, then addonions. Cook until softened. - Add
garlic. Cook until fragrant. - Add
spice mix. Cook until fragrant. - Add
tomato sauce. Simmer for10 mins. - Add
heavy cream, paprika, and sugar. - Add
cubed chicken. Stir and bring to a simmer. - Simmer until chicken is cooked, about
40 mins. - Adjust salt and sugar levels as needed.
- Serve.
