Chicken Fried Rice

Method
- Thoroughly
break up rice
so no clumps remain. - Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and
soften carrots
. - Add
peas
and cook30 secs
. - Add 1 tbsp oil and add
rice
. - Mix well, then add
sesame oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce
. - Fry at
high heat
and remove rice from pan. - Cook
egg
