Baked Rigatoni

Ingredients

Chicken2 cupsCooked & diced

Yield: 1 half sheet pan

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Layer 1 cup of sauce into bottom of pan.
  3. Add a layer of cheese, then rigatoni on top.
  4. Add chicken.
  5. Repeat layering, reserving some cheese to cover top.
  6. Tent foil over pan so cheese doesn't stick to foil.
  7. Bake for 30 mins.
  8. Remove foil and bake additional 15 mins.

Notes

  • If making ahead of time, pour 0.5 cup of water into pan and refrigerate. Bake normally later.
