Baked Rigatoni
Ingredients

| Rigatoni | 2 lbs | Al-dente |
| Mozzarella | 4 cups | - |
| Chicken | 2 cups | Cooked & diced |
Yield: 1 half sheet pan
Method
- Preheat oven to
350F. - Layer
1 cup of sauceinto bottom of pan. - Add a layer of
cheese, thenrigatonion top. - Add
chicken. Repeat layering, reserving some cheese to cover top.Tent foilover pan so cheese doesn't stick to foil.- Bake for
30 mins. Removefoil and bake additional15 mins.
Notes
- If making ahead of time, pour 0.5 cup of water into pan and refrigerate. Bake normally later.
