Baked Rigatoni
Ingredients

Chicken | 2 cups | Cooked & diced |
Yield: 1 half sheet pan
Method
- Preheat oven to
350F
. - Layer
1 cup of sauce
into bottom of pan. - Add a layer of
cheese
, thenrigatoni
on top. - Add
chicken
. Repeat layering
, reserving some cheese to cover top.Tent foil
over pan so cheese doesn't stick to foil.- Bake for
30 mins
. Remove
foil and bake additional15 mins
.
Notes
- If making ahead of time, pour 0.5 cup of water into pan and refrigerate. Bake normally later.
