Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Brown
sausage
in pan, then remove and cut into 0.5 inch chunks. - Separately, whisk together
eggs
,milk
,salt
,pepper
, andspinach
. - Grease 6 muffin tins and distribute
egg mixture
evenly. - Distribute
sausage
andcheese
on top. - Bake 20 mins or until firm.
