Korean Ground Beef Bowl

Yield: ~4 servings

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in pan.
  2. Add onion. Cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic, sesame oil. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook until the desired level of sauce thickness is reached.
  6. Off heat, add half the green onions. Stir in.
  7. Serve with remaining green onions as garnish.

Notes

  • Serves up well in various carb vessels, like rice, tortillas, etc.
  • Try adding shredded carrots, red bell peppers, and broccoli for more veggies.
