Method
- Preheat oven to
350F
. - Cream together
butter
,white sugar

. - Add one
egg
at a time to creamed butter. - Add
vanilla extract
to egg mix. - Add
baking soda solution
andsalt
. - Add
flour
andchocolate chips
. - Combine well and portion into

balls. - Refrigerate balls 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake
13-14 mins

Notes
- Work quickly as overly soft butter will create flat cookies.
- Check your
baking soda
. Old baking soda may cause flat cookies.
