Chocolate Chip Cookies

| Chocolate chips | 2 cups | Semi-sweet | 
Yield: ~30 cookies
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream together butter,white sugar, andbrown sugar.
- Add one eggat a time to creamed butter.
- Add vanilla extractto egg mix.
- Add baking soda solutionandsalt.
- Add flourandchocolate chips.
- Combine well and portion into 45gballs.
- Refrigerate balls 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake 13-14 mins.
Notes
- Work quickly as overly soft butter will create flat cookies.
- Check your baking soda. Old baking soda may cause flat cookies.
