Meatballs & Orzo

Yield: ~6 servings

Method

  1. Brown meatballs in pan and remove.
  2. Brown ground beef, then add bell peppers.
  3. Add garlic when bell peppers are nearly finished cooking.
  4. Add back meatballs, tomato sauce, ground beef, and simmer.
  5. Separately, cook orzo.
  6. Combine cooked orzo with sauce and serve.

Notes

  • Goes well with mozzarella stuffed meatballs.
