Banana Bread w/ Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add bananas, peanut butter, and dry ingredients to butter mix.
  5. Fold together gently. Then add chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 55-65 mins.
  7. Let cool in pan for 10 mins, then remove and cool additional 15 mins.

Notes

  • Choosing to omit peanut butter will not overtly impact the final product.
