Method

  1. Toss chicken with marinade ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Cook chicken over high heat, then let rest.
  3. Toast rice with spices and butter, then cook in rice cooker with chicken broth.
  4. Combine white sauce ingredients and serve with chicken and rice.

Notes

  • Don't trust the chicken broth proportions. Use your finger to determine the right amount of liquid.
