Method

  1. Combine butter, lemon juice, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Separately, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients and milk to eggs, alternating between dry and milk.
  4. Fold in lemon zest and blueberries.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350F for 60-70 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in pan for 10 mins, then remove from pan .
  8. Combine glaze ingredients and pour over warm loaf.
  9. Let cool completely, then serve.
