Yield: ~1 loaf
- Combine
butter, lemon juice, sugar, and eggs.
- Separately, combine
flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add
dry ingredients and milk to eggs, alternating between dry and milk.
- Fold in
lemon zest and blueberries.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake uncovered at
350F for 60-70 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for
10 mins, then remove from pan .
- Combine
glaze ingredients and pour over warm loaf.
- Let cool completely, then serve.
