Method
- Preheat oven to broil
- Broil
tomatillos and garlicfor 12 mins, flipping halfway through. - Transfer
tomatillos and peeled garlicto blender. - Add
ground chiles, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. - Blend until smooth. Add water to thin if needed.
- Add
Tabascoto taste.
