Method
- Preheat oven to broil
- Broil
tomatillos and garlic
for 12 mins, flipping halfway through. - Transfer
tomatillos and peeled garlic
to blender. - Add
ground chiles, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper
. - Blend until smooth. Add water to thin if needed.
- Add
Tabasco
to taste.
