Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Yield: ~2 cups
Method
- Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Whisk mayonnaise with blended ingredients.
- Taste. Add more honey or vinegar if needed.
- Chill and serve.
Notes
- Dresses a caprese well.
- Store maximum 2 weeks.
- Substitute dry mustard for 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard if needed.
