Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Yield: ~2 cups

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise with blended ingredients.
  4. Taste. Add more honey or vinegar if needed.
  5. Chill and serve.

Notes

  • Dresses a caprese well.
  • Store maximum 2 weeks.
  • Substitute dry mustard for 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard if needed.
