Yield: ~6 cups

Method

  1. Cook onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until tender.
  2. Add tomato paste and combine, then add ground beef and brown.
  3. Transfer to slow cooker.
  4. Add tomatoes, milk, wine, and spices.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
